For Vanderbilt Industries at Intersec, Synergy Studios was responsible for overseeing the design and installation of a 9m x 6m bespoke exhibition stand at Dubai World Trade Centre.
The stand included custom display pods, seating areas, a hospitality bar, a large storeroom and a suspended overhead structure incorporating internal and external lighting.
Our involvement went beyond the physical stand.
We helped prepare and pre-test Vanderbilt's display equipment before the exhibition and coordinated shipping from the UK to the UAE so that equipment could be prepared for the event.
Synergy also coordinated venue services including internet, electrics and rigging, together with hospitality requirements.
When the client's Marketing Manager was unable to attend the exhibition, Synergy took on broader coordination of the event, including supplier and venue coordination, deliveries, hospitality and briefing the client's team on the opening day.
We also provided support during the exhibition, coordinated the breakdown and arranged the return shipment to the UK.
The event was successfully delivered and Vanderbilt was extremely pleased with how the event was managed.
The result was a client who could concentrate on their exhibition while knowing that the practical details were being looked after.
